Emma Patton - Manager, Employment Relations

Emma holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Labour Law and Relations and is responsible for the provision of advice to, and representation of, members on human resource and industrial relations matters.

Emma has over 14 years experience providing employment relations advice and support to business owners and senior managers and has worked with employer associations in the health industry both in Australia, at the Australian Medical Association NSW, and in the UK at the British Dental Association.

Emma's experience includes representing members before employment tribunals, presenting training sessions to managers and employers across NSW and in the UK. Emma also regularly writes articles for LASA publications and has developed toolkits and guidance notes on all areas of human resource management.

Emma is an Advisory Councillor on the Australian Business Industrial Federal Council, convenes the LASA National Workplace Relations Advisory Group and is a member of AHRI and LEADR.

Jenna Field - Advisor, Employment Relations

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Business and is responsible for providing advice to members on a range of employment relations topics.

Jenna’s experience prior to joining the ER team at LASA in May 2015 includes 2 and a half years of generalist human resource experience in the transport and logistics sector. She brings to the team a solid understanding of the practical management of day to day human resource matters, in addition to experience working closely with managers and employees through a number of significant restructure projects.

As Advisor, Employment Relations, Jenna is responsible for writing articles for LASA publications, delivering workshops and assisting with complex matters in addition to her core role of providing ER advice to members.

Keiran Brown - Senior Advisor, Employment Relations

Keiran holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations and is currently studying towards a Master of Dispute Resolution.

Prior to joining Leading Age Services Australia in January 2016, Keiran worked at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia within the Construction Services Team and worked on large scale construction projects in the Western Australian resource sector. In this role, Keiran was responsible for providing advice on a range of employment relations and human resource matters including union right of entry, award and agreement interpretation and employment relations strategy to resource sector clients.

Keiran is also a member of the Industrial Relations Society of New South Wales and holds a professional membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute.

As Senior Advisor, Keiran assists members with tribunal matters, complex human resource queries and enterprise bargaining.
